Diagnosis
Everyday challenges
What we meet today
No time to breathe — we race through life without space to pause. Value conflicts: old ideas collide with who we actually are. Burnout at 23, before life has even properly begun. „Don't be so sensitive“ — feelings dismissed instead of respected.
Bureaucratic overload. Outdated education. Digital pressure. Work-life blurring. Staff shortages as an endless loop. Private burdens that don't pause after hours. Talk without substance — much noise, little depth.
Root
Cognitive dissonance
Coping with other truths
A psychological concept: the inner conflict that arises when people carry contradictory beliefs, values or behaviors. When two beliefs contradict, psychological — even physical — discomfort follows.
The desire for inner consistency leads to a split into „sense“ and „nonsense“. The remedy: Don't fight the symptoms — meet the challenge at its root.
Principle I
I AM YOU
Unity with the source
Every person carries the source within and is part of a greater whole. Recognizing this unity may lead to a higher state of awareness.
Self-perception and inner inquiry: through deep reflection on your own existence, a deeper connection to the source can emerge.
Principle II
YOU ARE I
The mutual source
The source exists in every person — not only in oneself. Understanding this mutual relationship may foster compassion and ekpathy.
Compassion and connection: the emotional acknowledgment of the source in the other can lead to genuine connection. Ekpathy (empathy with boundaries) helps others find their own way to the source — and to trust the other's process.
Principle III
I AM ALL
The all-encompassing source
The source may be present in every aspect of the universe — from the smallest particle to the largest cosmos. Everything is part of the source.
Interconnection: everything in the universe is connected and influences itself reciprocally. This insight may foster mindfulness and respect for life.
Principle IV
THE AWAKENING
Recognition and self-realization
Awakening means: to see through the illusions of everyday life and recognize the deeper truth of existence. This ongoing process may lead to self-knowledge and inner peace.
Overcoming barriers: mental, physical and emotional blocks obscure the truth. Through their dissolution, clarity and the development of awareness may emerge.
Principle V
THE WINDOW TO REALITY
Shifted perception
How we perceive the world shapes our understanding of reality. A shifted perception can reveal deeper truths.
The physical world is often distorted by illusion and misperception. Through meditation and mindfulness, the true nature of reality may be recognized.
Principle VI
CONNECTING LINK
The essence of being
Exploring the true essence of being may lead to a deeper understanding of your own existence and of the source of all being.
Awareness of the connection to the unknown deepens the understanding of the inner world and brings inner peace. Equanimity and humor may emerge on the shared holodeck of life.
Principle VII
BEING, AS IT IS
Simple being
The state of simple being means accepting life as it is — without resistance or attachment. This may lead to inner peace.
To live in the flow of the unknown is to surrender to the natural rhythm of the universe.
Principle VIII
THE UNION
Realization of the source
Every person carries the potential of the source within and may realize it through awareness and practice. This may lead to a life of harmony and peace.
Living by the highest principles of the inner world — compassion, love and wisdom.
